Tim Sayre
I have over 35 years of experience in the construction and technology industries and the military. I was trained in computer repair by the US Army and worked with IBM mainframes for two years. I served in the 16th Engineer Battalion (Combat) for three yers where received a paid vacation to the Middle East for six months in 1990; and in the 19th Special Forces Group (Airborne) for six years, where I was the system administrator for the Combined Service Support Computer System (CSSCS), training received during my year long paid vacation to Ft Campbell, KY in 2001. I also hold an Associate's degree in computer networking and a Bachelor's degree in organizational leadership. I have been running the daily operations of Kanawha IT Security for nearly 15 years, managing large projects for major clients, including those in the energy and telecommunications industries. My expertise spans security consulting, cable installation and certification, fiber optics, and Category 6/6A cabling. My corporate experience includes proficiency in Windows systems through Server 2016, and I am both Security+ certified and a licensed General Contractor in West Virginia.
Lisa Sayre
I attended WV State University, where I majored in Management and Consulting, before transferring to Information Technology and Computer Science at WV Tech and Marshall University. I am highly skilled in troubleshooting both hardware and software and have been self-employed in the IT field for several years, helping individuals and businesses in the region. I have worked on major projects, including a rollout of VoIP systems for DOW Chemical and a systems replacement for CDI as a Level 2 Analyst for Ameriprise Financial. My areas of expertise include spyware removal, data recovery, digital imaging, Microsoft Windows, Office Productivity Suites, mobile phone and tablet operating systems, and training. I am actively pursuing multiple certifications in the IT field and plan to complete my Bachelor's degree in the near future. As the Founder and CEO of Kanawha I T Security, I have dedicated 11 years to building an environment where learning is the key to success. I have been honored to be a part of this comapny. In addition to my work with Kanawha I T Security, I am excited to embrace a new role as the Curator of the Pettigrew Museum in Saint Albans, West Virginia. This position allows me to combine my passion for family history and culture with a lifelong commitment to community enrichment. While my focus is now divided, my dedication to Kanawha I T Security remains steadfast.
